You must complete or cancel all active campaigns, withdraw remaining wallet funds, and resolve pending escrow milestones before initiating deletion. Accounts with active escrow funds cannot be deleted.
All connected social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) will be permanently unlinked, and historical performance widgets and dashboard archives will be purged.
Personal profile data is fully erased from our creator marketplace directory instantly. However, tax records, billing invoices, and cryptographic transaction hash logs are retained for statutory legal compliance.
Once submitted, your profile is hidden from search metrics immediately. Complete database purge occurs after a 14 business days safety cooling-off period during which you can cancel deletion by contacting support.
