Download Promo from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Open the app and tap "Sign Up". Choose "I'm a Brand" when prompted. Enter your company name, business email, industry category, and create a strong password.

To create and fund campaigns, your brand must be verified. Go to Settings → Verification and upload one of the following business documents:
The review takes up to 24 hours. You'll receive a push notification when approved. While waiting, you can still explore the platform and draft campaigns.
Promo requires 2FA for all accounts before accessing campaigns or payments. This protects your account and budget from unauthorised access.
Tap "Create Campaign" from your dashboard. Fill out the campaign brief:

Once your campaign is published, matching influencers will start applying within hours. While you wait, explore the Influencer Discovery screen to proactively find creators by niche, location, follower tier, and engagement rate. You can also browse the Creator Leaderboard to find top performers.

Be specific about what you want. Include content examples, mood references, and clear do's and don'ts. The more detailed your brief, the better the content you'll receive from creators. Use the AI assistant if you need help crafting the perfect brief.
Generic pitch notes like "I'd love to collaborate!" rarely get approved. Instead, reference the specific campaign, explain why your audience aligns with the brand's target market, and mention any relevant past experience. Specificity wins.
Never accept requests to pay or get paid outside the platform. Promo's escrow system exists to protect both parties. Off-platform payments bypass all dispute protection and violate community guidelines. If someone asks, report them.
Fast response times build trust. Brands: review applications within 48 hours. Creators: respond to approval notifications and messages within 24 hours. Quick communication keeps campaigns on track and builds your platform reputation.
