What is the Research Center?

Our sandbox for community-driven engineering.

The Promo Research Center is an interactive collaborative initiative bridging the gap between our core product developers and our community of active users, creators, and engineers. We open up our technical infrastructure for feedback, bug disclosures, and product submissions. It acts as an open-source collaboration space where you can actively participate in building, testing, and scaling the future of creator marketing tech.

Why does this program exist?

Stabilizing infrastructure, discovering builders.

We run this research campaign for two key reasons: **uncompromising reliability** and **talent acquisition**. Influencer campaign execution, multi-currency escrow processing, and location-based creator mapping require rigorous stress testing across diverse hardware platforms and network states. Furthermore, we leverage the ideas and internship applications submitted here to recruit top-performing engineers and growth marketers directly into our design cohorts.

Program Eligibility & Rewarding Structures

This campaign is open worldwide to university students, independent security researchers, frontend designers, and creators. For accepted bug disclosures or approved feature concepts, Promo awards verified developer badge credits, cash bounty rewards, and direct fast-track routes to our engineering interview pipeline. All submissions are legally bound by our terms and are handled confidentially by our internal triage team.

Bug Bounty

Explore the Promo application ecosystem and identify technical issues. We are specifically looking for:

  • Critical Flaws: Authentication bypasses, cross-tenant leaks.
  • Functional Glitches: Failed messaging attachments, routing drops.
  • UI/UX Errors: Layout breaks on small viewports, color conflicts.
