Your Promo profile serves as your digital resume and media kit. Because brands rely on algorithmic matching to find authentic creator partners, setting up your profile with verified metrics is critical:

• Secure OAuth Integration: Link your official YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok handles using our secure OAuth login. Promo pulls real-time follower counts, historical engagement rates, and viewer demographic ratios directly from social media platform APIs. Never upload manual metric screenshots.
• Niche and Demographic Tagging: Select up to three category niches (e.g., Tech/Gadgets, Lifestyle, Finance) that match your core content style. Detail your geographic distribution (e.g., top cities and countries) to ensure you appear in localized campaign search queries.
• Portfolio & Case Studies: Upload 4 to 6 high-resolution snippets of your top-performing past sponsored posts. For each item, specify the campaign objective, verified video views, click-through rates (CTR), and cost-per-thousand (CPM) performance metrics.

Brands list campaign brief cards detailing objectives, budget parameters, target demographics, and required formats. You can browse active cards and pitch directly:

• Crafting a Custom Pitch: Brands review hundreds of applications. In your pitch, focus on why your audience is a match for the brand's product, outline a brief content concept, and state your standard production lead time.
• Commercial Rate Structuring: Propose a clear flat-fee rate. If your rate includes licensing options (e.g., 30-day web redistribution rights, paid social Spark Ads whitelist permissions), ensure these terms are itemized separately in your pitch notes.
• Agreement Signing & Dashboard Chat: Once selected, align on deliverables, script review dates, and posting times in our dashboard chat. When both parties sign the digital milestone contract, the brand funds the budget into the escrow wallet.

To ensure compliance and protect payments, all creator campaigns are managed via strict milestone checkposts inside the app tracker:

• Draft Upload & Review: Upload content drafts (MP4 video files, image layouts, or script outlines) directly to the dashboard milestone tracker. Brands review drafts and submit comment logs. Revisions are restricted to minor visual edits and copy corrections (unless otherwise agreed).
• Publishing & Automated Verification: Once the draft receives formal brand approval, post the final content on your live social channel. Copy the live post URL and paste it into the milestone completion checkpost. Promo's background crawler automatically scans the live post to verify the presence of mandatory hashtags, tags, and links.
• Retention Integrity: Sponsored content must remain public on your active feed for a minimum of 30 calendar days. Archiving, hiding, or deleting posts early will void your contract and result in payment refunds to the brand.

Promo is designed to safeguard your time and effort. Our secure-hold escrow framework eliminates payment delays:

• Green Light Escrow Status: Never start scripting or recording until the dashboard displays a **Green (Active) Escrow** badge. This status guarantees that the brand has deposited the full project budget into the platform secure-hold vault.
• Auto-Release Mechanism: Once your live post URL is verified by our system, the brand has 48 hours to approve payment release. If the brand takes no action, our system automatically triggers the escrow release timer, routing the funds directly to your linked bank account after 7 days.
• Transactions Ledger & Invoicing: Track your earnings, pending escrow holdings, platform fees, and tax details in your transactions tab. Promo automatically generates standard compliance invoices and sends yearly W-9/1099 tax forms directly to your registered email.
